Children's Online Privacy Protection
Act
XXX does not knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. You should be aware, however, that calling plans purchased for family use may be used by minors without the knowledge of XXX. If that happens, any information collected from the usage will appear to be the personal information of the actual adult subscriber and treated as such under this Policy.
Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or sell companies, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets, but remains subject to pre-existing Privacy Policies (unless the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the event that YYY, Inc. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
