Is this translation just for the Air Force, or is it for a Joint Command? -
Svetlana Potton (asker): 6:03pm Jul 26, 2004: Well, the commander of the ALCOM is the General of the AirForce. However, I think that the ALCOM is the joint command because I have heard about it when I worked with the Coast Guard.
