Erklärung:
проблема, как понимаю, в 10:1 minute ratio
Коэффициент поляризации измеряется просто: меряешь интенсивность (света, э/м волны) в одном направлении, поворачиваешь поляризатор на 90 градусов, меряешь снова интенсивность и делишь одно на другое.
ОДнако вопрос - поляризация чего измеряется?

minute - может быть значение либо \"угл. минуты\", либо \"точный\", есть, например, значение: minute reading - точный отсчет.
