Erklärung: Так называется документальный сериал про них, во всяком случае. Показывают по Discovery или Viasat, не помню уже. Или по Reality TV.
Сложность в том, что так же называют тех, кто подыскивает для компаний хороших специалистов. Ну и всякие дикие племена, где принято было сушить головы врагов. :)
Поэтому, мне кажется, проще написать "охотники за преступниками".
