Según la wikipedia:
"En castellano, aunque la palabra no aparezca en el diccionario de la Academia, se llama vinazas al residuo líquido, con muy poco alcohol, resultante de destilar cualquier fermentado alcohólico, sea vino de uva o vino de otra procedencia. Las vinazas que se producen de obtener por destilación ron, se llaman incluso hablando castellano dunder, que es palabra inglesa de origen incierto."
