Literalmente "blob" significa manchón, mancha o goterón. Es justamente eso, acompañar la comida con esta salsa q tiene la particularidad de ir puesta en el plato en forma de redondel.

Well, i got carried away!!!!!!! In your text, there is no "sauce" but "paste", which is a "concentrado de tomate". In any case, the procedure and the final result seems to be the same, wouldn't you agree?

La idea en este caso no es para acompañar una comida decorando el plato en forma de redondel o mancha, sino armar estos redondeles de salsa de tomate para luego frizarlos y no desperdicarlo, como muchas veces pasa cuando abrimos una lata o cartón y necesitamos usar mucho menos q lo q trae. |
