Basically the same as "mobile console" above, but this gives me an opportunity to explain my reasoning.

This "mobile control panel" might work by radio control or by cable, like the "pendant controls" used for overhead cranes and, more recently, radio control panels, which can be quite big, which are "worn" hanging from a shoulder harness, enabling the operator to have both hands free to work the controls while on the move.

Quite WHY there would be such a thing I do not know. Are the robots themselves fixed or mobile? There might be some point if they themselves are mobile, to enable reprogramming for instance. What are the robots used for? Too many unanswered questions.
