Übersetzungen Französisch > Englisch [PRO] Chemie, -technik / spray can instructions | | Französisch Begriff oder Satz: éclat des feuilles | Hi all!
This appears to have been translated from the German word (blattglanz). The other instructions on the can are what you might expect but this word appears alone and I have no idea what it means.
Any suggestions much appreciated. ASAP ... |

Spray a 'glossy sheet' is the obvious answer but a bit more context might help. - Clare Macnamara: 4:42pm Apr 7, 2006: Thanks for your interest Karen. The following is the entire text. No idea what the product is ...
Clare Macnamara: 4:43pm Apr 7, 2006: Eclat des feuilles comes after that. In fact I'm not even sure if it belongs to the same text but I have absolutely no more info, unfortunately. Karen Tkaczyk: 4:46pm Apr 7, 2006: Tricky then, indeed. That para is standard, as yuou say, then this termis weird. - Clare Macnamara: 7:16pm Apr 7, 2006: Karen I've decided to close the question because I posted "blattglanz" in the DE-EN section as I was in a mad dash to solve it. The solution I got there is "leaf shine", a product for making the leaves of your plant nice and shiny/glossy.
Many thanks for your help and interest anyway. :)

Erklärung: Impossible to know exactly, but spraying a 'glossy sheet;' of a product is a reasonable guess, I think, given your comment of original the German.

I just used 'film' in the job I am working on at the moment(hairspray) and it reminded me of your question again. Film might be better than sheet.

Erklärung: Might it be a product (paint, hairspray, Xmas tree decor, etc.) that contains bits of glitter, i.e. a sort of shiny leaf material???
