Französisch Begriff oder Satz: bouchon de tests
Le bouchon de tests permet aux applications Web en développement d’effectuer des tests unitaires de requêtes sur l’AUI.

test connector
Erklärung:
The name is probably derived from the hardware originally used to test the serial and parallel ports on a PC (see reference). But since it is used to test a web application it is most certainly a virtual device (i.e. a software emulation of a hardware function). In web application testing this can be a Java application which locally "takes over" a network port and simulates the remote user requests and thus input in order to test the user interface.

test plug

Erklärung:
It depends a bit if this is actual hardware, or a figurative use relating to the software itself. However, if it IS hardware, then it could be a 'test plug' (maybe even a bad back-translation from the English!) --- sometimes a specially-wired plug is used in a socket to simulate in some way what is suposed to be plugged into that socket --- in the simplest case, just returning TX data to the RX input of a serial port to test communications... etc. etc.

test (terminal) resistor

Erklärung:
Just to spread panic and confusion!

20 years ago when I was coerced into managing a LAN (Heaven help them!), a "bouchon" was the resistor (50Hz I think) placed at the ends of a 10Net network, presumably to prevent signals whizzing round and round the loop, and rather to direct them in the desired ... direction, along the shortest route to the server.

Widerspruch Tony M: Sorry, Alex, that I can't return the compliment with an 'agree', but what you're describing would usually be a 'terminator (plug)', permanently installed, rather than JUST for 'test' purposes. And that's 50 ohm, BTW, not Hz!
