Both dictionaries quoted concur that an apron wall, aka spandrel wall, is the portion of wall between the top of one window and the bottom of the window above, i.e. potentially rather deeper than a breast wall.

Erklärung:
It's the English equivalent afaik

"Apron Wall. That part of a panel wall between the window sill and the support of the panel wall. "

Anyway you couldn't find the word in a dictionary as there's a spelling mistake in the French
