The entries in the Proz glossary are not relevant to what I am translating; the purported translation of the above into
English (short specs registration) is inappropriate. I am therefore looking to create a new definition.
Here is my French text, and remember that I am building a cold room, and dealing with the suspended or false ceilings for that room. Just before the phrase I am translating, there has been a description of the materials to be used and of the various surface treatments for those materials.

I need a phrase in English to explain this process of calepinage, of listing measurements and fittings for the implementation of a job of construction. Might it be list of specifications ?
