I can't come up with anything that reflects this neatly, but maybe somebody out there is feeling inspired. I suppose there is some poetic license.

Jo Curtis: 12:09pm Feb 1, 2006: Thanks - The seven powers are not related to chakras, it's the power to win money, have everyone love you, be successful, etc. It's a tricky one, because the literal translation sounds stilted. The problem is a synonym for"recours". I have only found appeal. Thanks very much for your help and interest.
