The umbrella fund is a particularly advantageous fund construction that can be realized in Luxembourg and offered in Germany and other EU countries on the basis of a European passport. This fund all-rounder can bring together any number of sub-funds with different investment strategies under one roof irrespective of the legal form selected. Sub-funds can, for example, invest in different currencies or in different economic regions as well as specialize in particular industry sectors, types of investment or investment objectives. It is also possible to define sub-funds for different distributors
