This is part of an interview for a multinational company who have decided that after reorganisation there will be one big worldwide purchasing unit for specific materials instead of several local units.

Erklärung: Another idea. It depends whether you want to emphasise size or organisation. Referring to the other answer which keeps 'dimension' it tends to imply a radical change, whereas 'scale' is simply a matter of size.
