Par ailleurs, nous pratiquons depuis 2-3 ans un double sourcing avec UNIVERSO (aiguilles bleuies) et nous sommes en train de tester un fournisseur opérant à l’étranger via STERN (une dizaine de référence en cours de polyvalence).

Are these just blue hands? Or is it from bleuir in the sense of tempered/annealed?

Can anyone with more knowledge of the watchmaking industry than me offer some guidance here?

Aiguilles des heures et des minutes en or 18 ct de forme "javelot" Parmigiani, aiguilles des petites secondes, du deuxième fuseau horaire et de la date en acier bleui.
Couronne en or 18 ct sertie d'un cabochon en saphir véritable.

silvered guilloché dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and blued steel hands, rectangular case with reeded band and glazed back, movement, dial and case signed.
