Have found a definition for this, as one that goes right round an item, with overlap. A label on a can of baked beans would be that. Do you know if a "wraparound label" does that, or just goes round an item to a considerably greater extent than either "normal" front or back labels (as on jars of honey, bottles of wine, etc.)?
"Banderoler" is certainly used in reference to "banding" of items.
