One of the subtitles in the report is "Structure de la communication et adhésion au discours". Other sample sentences are:

Perhaps not the best way to word it, but the context would indicate that they're talking about the degree to which doctors subscribe to the information.

I really think they're talking about the doctors' acceptance of/agreement with what they're being "sold". You might use "agreement/acceptance of etc.". There is probably a specific marketing term for this.
Here is the French expression as used on the site of Ipsos, a market research group:

I think maybe you need to change the wording to fit the different uses. The title could be 'developing convincing arguments' for example and then 'the use of more traditional arguments leads to a reduction in the level of agreement or a higher level ...' to convince or persuade the doctor's, depending on the context.
