What I'm having difficulty with is getting round the technicité part after with care/carefully.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Another option would be to paraphrase along the lines of "with great care and attention to detail". (It could be argued that "technical skill" approximates to "attention to detail" in many respects.) |
