If you Google both terms you can find lots of info on polymer drawing and stretching. Generally speaking, drawing deals with extrusion, stretching deals with an extruded polymer. French companies differentiate between extrusion, extension et biétirage. as Bourth above said, Etirage Biaxial is Biaxial Drawing.
