The machine weighs 7000 kg and shoud "être disposé sur un sol dur et plan, si possible sur une dalle en béton (béton dosé à 350 kg CLK, épaisseur 15 cm)
I put (concrete dose: 350 kg CLK, 15 cm thickness). But I have no idea what CLK is. Although Google found a number of references to CLK, the meaning is not clear and I think it might be a brand of cement. But in that case why specify the brand in the manual ? Many thanks in advance for your help !! |

Portland cement clinker consists of four phases:
* Alite
* Belite
* Aluminate
* Ferrite
The four clinker phases react in different ways when the cement is mixed with water. Aluminate and ferrite reacts fast but gives little strength development.
Alite and belite reacts slower but gives high strength. By combining the raw materials carefully it is possible to get different amounts of the four phases and thereby design cement with special properties for different types of constructions.
Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) is adjusted to general building standards in Sweden. It consists of approximately 67 wt% alite, 15 wt% belite, 9 wt% aluminate and 9 wt% ferrite. "

CLK is the cement resulting by grinding a mixture of atleast 80 parts ofgranulated slag of a high temperature furnace , with portland clinker representing more than 20 parts, with an addition of calcium sulphate.
As per the different proportions of slag utilised in France,US and in Gret Britain, this term does not correspond, from a notional point of view ,either to Portland blast furnace slag cement,or to Portland blast furnace cement.
