Erklärung: A couple ideas. It's a toughy, because the phrase is so trendy that it is used in any context at all, without really saying anything specific. They even use it is bottled water commercials. It implies finding a balance between pleasure and work and family and whatever, but also suggests psychological balance. But the meaning is loose enough that it gives complete deniability - you can always say, "no, that's not what I meant".
