The grounds feature a beautiful landscaped garden with pools and gravel pathways lined with majestic, 200-year-old trees surrounding the main house at the center.

See? No layout. Ce n'est pas necessaire.

They should say what those trees are. At this price, I would expect the damn real estate agents to know the names of trees!

  -> unless you say 'features a beautifully laid-out garden', for example, depends on how much emphasis they want to put on it !
Zustimmung Tony M: Yes --- but with the slight reservation that the 'jardin paysagé' (in estate agents' jargon, often a euphemism!) may suggest that not ALL of the grounds are actually 'landscaped' as such...

Zustimmung Tony M: Yes, I think 'aménagement' is rather superfluous, and in fact 'jardin paysagé' is often a well-worn cliché / euphemism for 'garden' anyway; I would be cautious about being TOO enthusiastic (despite marketing imperative!) --- had my fingers burnt on this!
