curé = parish priest
prêtre - priest

So the two terms become redundant... "parish priest" or "rectory priest" will do.

Ministre = minister, clergyman ... so "ministre" will do.

I would leave the minister out. Unless we know what it is there for, we can't translate it. Minister means servant, so maybe it is just part of the French title.

Zustimmung Christopher Crockett: Just "parish priest" --"minister" is redundant. It may well be there in the original for a reason, but in English it is redundant and awkward.
