It might even be the trolleys on which the sealing machines sit, for sealing up those little 3-sided packs so beloved of fishmongery departments in big stores; but I must admit 'chariot' makes it sound more like some kind of storage device.
That said, the high purchase price might well lead us to imagine that it is not merely a trolley, but actually the whole vacuum-sealing machine itself; be careful that someone hasn't made a mistake and used 'sous vide' (vacuum-packed) instead of the more usual 'heat-sealing' (thermosoudé?). but it might be a work station for pre-packing fish into plastic-covered trays, for example. |
