Sory, I don't know the proper term, but based on your 'modular shelving' context, my logical guess would be simply those little price-label carriers that are attached to the end of the front-to-back 'spikes' or 'rails' used to carry individual hanging items, which are themselves attached to the modular, adjustable back panel. Surely these would HAVE to be called 'broches'?
I hope this may be enough of a lead to help you find the correct technical term!

c'est sans doute le "rail" sur lequel on fait coulisser des caches en plastique trasparent sous lesquels on glisse une étiquette (prix) et qui est la tranche de l'étagère, besoin d'un outil parce que c'est très difficile à enlever pour que les clients ne changent pas eux-mêmes les prix...
