Erklärung:
Support infrastructure which is the correct literal translation appears to be an oxymoron. Site and services facilities do accompany urban renewal projects whose objectives include refurbishing the infrastructure.

I would suggest "facilities" - "infrastructure" to me sounds more like roads, buildings, utilities, etc.

Zustimmung B D Finch: On second thoughts, I think I like suezen's answer best, because the facilities are not just for people requiring special support. Amenities is fine, but one of my pet hates is calling a patch of grass an "amenity area" as Shrewsbury Council does!
