disagree  Ian M-H (X): Flexitime can operate without trust, i.e. with time recording ("clocking" in and out). This is a very late "disagree" but I think it's justified in order to add a note to this glossary entry. Flexitime is just "flexible" or "gleitende" Arbeitszeit.
