The safety valve activates at a pressure above 6 bar to prevent damages to the individual components through excess pressure.
If the solar systems are at a standstill the system pressure begins to climb.
If the pressure climbs above the rated pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve begins to discharge fluid. Place a container under the discharge line of the safety value to collect this fluid. After the system cools down the pressure is to be examined and any fluid refilled:

More context might help determine whether the "Verbindung" could be the means of getting somewhere, i.e. a "road" or even "access"
If so, then sth. like "it must not be possible to close (off) the road/path to the..." or "... to prevent access to the..."
