ehrlich gesagt verstehe ich diesen Satz nicht ganz; es geht um die Vertretungsregelung einer AG:
Jedes Vorstandsmitglied ist befugt, *mit sich als Vertreter eines Dritten* im Namen der Gesellschaft Rechtsgeschäfte vorzunehmen.
