Neele: 6:09am Jul 24, 2007: Hello, thank you for your answers anyway. The further context is not really explaining that sentence either. The sentence before says that the company developed several products in the past. And the sentence after the example continues with the fact that the company in particular develops web-based solutions. The solutions all involve IT technology; the company is SME.
In my opinion "stands out for" might be a possible translation here.
