German term or phrase: native Computertomographie
here we go again, with this troublesome little word. "Native computer tomography" just does not work. What are they really referring to?
All I have in my text are descriptions of the patient´s development in point form, and this particular one reads: native Computertomographie des Thorax.
Some other ones in this section include: Duplexsono. der Blutgefäße, transthorakale Echokardiographie, diagnostische transarterielle LH-Katheteruntersuchung, Koro. ohne weitere Maßnahmen.

unenhanced CT scan
Explanation:
This question (native) has come up in the French-English pair and after having a good look around, I was fairly convinced that this was what it meant.

Computed tomography without contrast media

Explanation:

Since 1973, computed tomography (CT) has grown to become one of the most important radiological examinations procedures in the industrialized world. CT delineates organs in a new way by producing electronic digitized images of cross-sections of a patient. 60-80% of all CT examinations involve the use of a contrast medium.

(noncontrast) computer tomography

Explanation:
"native" basically means that there was no contrast agent (first link). Stateside, the differentiation seems to be "computer tomography" versus "contrast enhanced computer tomography" (CECT).

Plain CT scan

Explanation:
I know you already closed the question, but this is another option for you (plain versus enhanced with contrast medium)
