Neutral endopeptidase
Explanation:
Neutral endopeptidase has the short form NEP. NEP is widespread in the body - for instance on neutrophile cells, in lymph nodes, in the lungs, and in the central and peripheral nervous system.

NEP (meaning neutral endopeptidase) is used in at least English, German and Scandinavian texts.
I'am sorry I can't se the general topic of the lab table you are translating, but this is my suggestions.
There should be lots of hits on google...

--------------------------------------------------

The reason for my suggestion of NEP being neutral endopeptidase is:
NEP is in its amino acid structure similar or almost similar to CALLA (the common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen) in cells in the bone marrow and the immune system. In case of leukaemia (any blood marrow disorder) you make a blood cell count. And in the blood cell count you count plasma cells, lymphocytes and monoblasts, as well as other cells from different levels in the hematopoiesis.

The texts often use NEP, CALLA, CD10.

neutral  Siegfried Armbruster: How does your suggestion fit into the context of "15 plasma cells, 20 lymphocytes, 0 monoblasts" this is a count, I cannot see any connection to "neutral endopeptidase"
