umbilical cord clip/clamp Explanation: Just a thought, could it be one of those clips for tying off the umbilical cord on newborns? Nabelbohne doesn't google so perhaps it could be a colloquial term for Nabelschnurklemme. |

oval cotton ball Explanation: After navel intervention, you put a tiny cotton sponge into the navel in order to keep the shape of it. Then you cover the surgical site with a dressing. I finally found this nice overview on all possible surgical sponges here: http://www.carwild.net/specspng.htm See the tiny oval sponges in the center of the image, alternatively the ones on the right side, bottom. Even if I could not find the term Nabelbohne, I could only figured out by context and the surgical report provided that this tiny cotton ball must be meant here.
