Aus einem Bericht einer Röntgenpraxis an den Hausarzt. Die Patientin hatte Brustkrebs:

Mammographisch: Narbenkalzifikation rechts oben außen im OP-Gebiet mit geringer Einziehung der benachbarten Parenchymoberfläche. Einzelne weitere Kalzifikationen in der Umgebung wie auch zentromedial rechts unverändert, wie in der Voruntersuchung 2/06. Links unauffälliger Befund.

Sonographisch: Schallauslöschung im Bereich der OP-Narbe und des ***Narbenkalkes*** rechts. Keine Lymphome. Kein Fremdgewebe.
