German term or phrase: N-Urin
In a German medical report, under "Diagnostik":
"N-Urin, o.B."
I know o.B. means "normal", I just wondered what the "N" in "N-Urin" means.

Thanks!

agree  Jenny Streitparth: Yes, seen it on a German med. report before.

agree  Dr. Johanna Schmitt: Yes, Nachturin is more concentrated (so is the "Erster Morgenurin" as well), therefore I think it is opposed to "Tagurin".

agree  Harald Moelzer (medical-translator): ...very likely

neutral  SJLD: never heard of collecting urine at night - wouldn't this be early morning urine rather - first urine voided after the night?

Could it be a typo for the common "M-Urin"?

N-urine s. below

Explanation:
I just happened to look up *urine dip sticks* and found the following link:
www.anytestkits.com/urine-tests.htm,
where it seems that N stands for a reactive used in the urine test (N- (l-naphthyl) ethylenediamine).
I hope my interpretation is not too far fetched, and that it helps solve the puzzle.
