In German medical report, patient suffers from diabetes:

Thyroid sonography: "Geringe Texturvariabilität im MG links ohne Krankheitswert. Nebenschilddrüsen im UG bds darstellbar und nicht vergrößert."

This question refers mainly to "MG", I think if I know what that means I can figure out "UG", which is probably related.
