German term or phrase: Sacrum arcuatum From a radiological medical report: "Ausgeprägte Osteochondrose L6/S1 ohne Nachweis einer Spondylolisthesis. Hyperlordose im unteren Anteil der LWS und Sacrum arcuatum." According to de.wikipedia, "Als Sacrum arcuatum wird ein besonders stark gebogenes Kreuzbein bezeichnet." (i.e. hyperkyphosis), but I have seen other interpretations, e.g. 'horizontal sacrum'. Please advise.
