Es ist davon auszugehen, dass eine bereits behandelte Wunde betrachtet wurde, da hier die Naht von einem Arzt verschlossen wurde, hat man eine narbe, welche die naht erkennen lässt, also eine Narbe einer Naht

Und wie bereits in der Diskussion geschrieben, der Begriff Narbenbahnhof existiert in der Medizin "noch" nicht, vielleicht führt ihn ja noch jemand ein... wer weiß

  -> well im sure that it refers to what he wrote, since a suture scar can look like a Bahnhof (parallele Seitennarben, die von der Hauptnarbe abgehen)
