German term or phrase: Mobilisierung des Patienten unter schmerzorientierter Belastung rechts
I'm working on this document and have the following comments about physical therapy for a patient with a recently repaired right patella:

Die Mobilisierung des Patienten unter schmerzorientierter Belastung links mit angelegter Orthomedschiene war trotz intensiver physiotherapeutischen Maßnahmen ausgesprochen schwierig und nur sehr zögerlich möglich.

and later recommendation:

Mobilisierung des Patienten unter schmerzorientierter Belastung rechts.

How should I handle the "schmerzorientierter Belastung", and are the "links" and "rechts" just referring to the left and right side of the body? I'm wondering if perhaps the "links" in the first instance was an error, since everywhere else seems to refer to the right leg. Or is it common to have problems with the opposite leg as well? I'm a bit confused. :)

Thanks much!
