agree  Olaf Reibedanz: Perhaps just "mite allergy", as there are other kinds of mites as well

agree  Kim Metzger

agree  Hilary Davies Shelby: maybe just go for "Mites 1" and "Mites 2" - the clinic/person performing the test may have classified these somehow, i.e. maybe dust mites are 1, food mites are 2, or something?

agree  MMUlr: yes, without "dust".

Dust Mite Allergy, What To Do
Dust mite allergy is an allergy to a microscopic organism that lives in the dust that is found in all dwellings and workplaces. Dust mites are perhaps the most common cause of perennial allergic rhinitis. Dust mite allergy usually produces symptoms similar to pollen allergy and also can produce symptoms of asthma.

Dust mite type I and II

Explanation:
I agree that dust mite allergy is the correct translation for your source term, and I think the answer to the other part of your question is dust mite type I and dust mite type II. Schimmelpilze translates as mould fungus (Langenscheidt).

Sorry for delay in adding this note - had to rush out. As I should have said earlier, I found the reference to dust mite type I and II on the site \";www.eaaci.net/site/ENT_sEC.htm\". This mentions skin prick tests and refers to the most common antigens being \"dust mite type I and II and pollen\". However, now I have had time to do another search, this seems to be the only site that uses these terms! Milben 1/2 does not get many results either, so perhaps - as suggested by others - they are lab classifications.
