Per Flugzeug und Boot brachte UNICEF zudem bereits 40 Notapotheken in isolierte Dörfer an der Westküste.

If it weren't for the 40 I'd say "emergency medical supplies", but how can I make it countable? Medical kits? Don't really like that.
