Medical - Medical (general) / medical report
German term or phrase: Muskelbemantelung
A medical report says "Leichte varische KNieachsenverhaeltnisse. Zentrale Patellapositionierung. Seitengleiche, ausreichende Ober- und Unterschenkelmuskelbemantelung. Keine Beinlaegendifferenz."

Ober- and Unterschenkelbemantelung seems difficult to find a good equivalent for, although the implication si fairly clear! ! !
Any suggestions???
