Lots of meanings for 'Anfechtung', got a few Google hits on 'Waiver of Avoidance', "waiver of challenge" but nothing convincing.
Does anyone know the generally accepted phrase for this in BE?

See the maxim of \'non est factum\' for mistake. The contract is regarded as never having been made in the first place. So there\'s nthg to rescind. Contracts are void or voidable: not the adj. from avoidance.

Erklärung:
Tom Thumb is right in that *avoidance* is correct; problem is the wording here and the almost complete lack of references for "waiver of avoidance."
According to Black's Law Dictionary:
"mistake ... situation in which the parties to a contract did not mean the same thing ... or formed untrue conclusions ... as a result of which the contract may be _rendered void_" (emphasis added)
Here's some additional info:
"The most serious question which arises in the field of remedies is that of avoidance of the contract. This will be discussed here. When does a breach of a contract warrant avoidance of the contract and what should be the rules governing it?
It is certain that some breaches of contract, but not all, should entail avoidance. To determine when it is appropriate to avoid a contract, the Law relies on the concept of fundamental breach; in the event of fundamental breach the party at fault incurs avoidance of the contract; in the case of non-fundamental breach, the Law endeavours to keep the contract in being.
When, in fact, is there a fundamental breach of contract? According to Article 10:
'For the purposes of the present Law, a breach of contract shall be regarded as fundamental wherever the party in breach knew, or ought to have known, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, that a reasonable person in the same situation as the other party would not have entered into the contract if he had foreseen the breach and its effects.'
This definition may seem rather complex. In fact, however, the fine distinctions which it involves appear to be necessary. To ascertain if the contract should or should not be avoided the first question which should be asked is whether it still offers any advantage to the victim of the breach. ..."

Here's my suggestion for some of the wording:
*The parties mutually waive their rights to avoid the present contract/agreement for breach of ..., or for mistake, duress, or fear, and stipulate that the xyz District (AE)/County (BE ?) Court shall have jurisdiction over disputes, if any.*
