see (slashes=elimination;capitals=substitution) 1 BIG error: a valle=DOWNSTREAM!!!. Explanation: The terms and conditions of the Product warranty, if /foreseen/ CONTEMPLATED, are stated on the technical data sheets that accompany the same and that the DISTRIBUTOR must give to the Customers. Except where provided for in said warranty, the DISTRIBUTOR has no right of recourse against the SUPPLIER with regards to what has been granted in favour of third parties concerning Product defects and shall /hold/ INDEMNIFY the SUPPLIER /harmless/ from whatEVER the SUPPLIER may be obliged to grant, for the same reason, to a third party operating /upstream/ DOWNSTREAM of the distribution chain -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2017-02-26 15:42:31 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry, I didn't see the discussion: banned from it for my past sins... |
