The lower court’s reliance on the doctrine that mere possession cannot defeat the right of a holder of a registered Torrens title over property is misplaced, considering that petitioners were deprived of their **dominical rights** over the said lot through fraud and with evident bad faith on the part of Regalado.

as an explanation broadcast rights may vary according to the size of the potential target audience and in cable TV networks Sundays or in general the non-working days ,which also includes Saturdays usually as well as public holidays, the audience is the biggest so if you want to get your program broadcasted in these days or in the peak hours of these days you have to pay more for the service provider and eventually in royalties if the movie is not owned by you. I am considering now after reading Lara's note that this could mean 'the neighbouring rights" which includes translations,adaptations of the film or scenes (like clips) of it --I think this may be the sense of materiale negativi i positivi--,but for that I could have expected also for diritto vicino,or diritti vicini

Fragesteller: grazie gian x questi ulteriori riferimenti perchè mi avevano fatto notare che non necessariamente il possessore dei diritti è il proprietario. Ho provato anch'io a fare una ricerca su "dominical rights" ma non ho trovato riscontri, evidentemente tu sai come o dove cercare!!
