The sentence below is the conclusion of a summary of a dispute about issue of VAT-free invoices that should (probably) have included VAT. Any help would be very welcome, but unfortunately this is extremely urgent... Thanks!

Fragesteller: Good morning/evening to you too! I like the sentence, the only thing that worries me is that as far as I know company XXX is not selling anything, it has undergone a tax audit and believes that company YYY is liable for payment of any evaded tax should the findings of the appeal be negative.
Fragesteller: Thanks very much for your answer Jim - I think I'm going to ask the client as it really isn't very clear and it's time for bed! It may be sellers after all... Thanks again and have a good day!
