sorry to put two terms together but they appear in the same sentence [see part thereof below] and so might contextually depend on each other to some extent:
They come from a set of pleadings:
"[May it please the Court ... ] ... to order the Defendants to pay court expenses, costs and fees, plus VAT and ***C.a.p.*** as required by law and in addition to the payment of general expenses as stipulated in art. 15 ***T.F.***"

c.a.p. = cassa nazionale di previdenza a favore di avvocati e procuratori
Most free-lance professionals have a type of pension fund for their specific profession and this amount (a percentage of the invoice) is added to the invoice.
How you translate it will probably depend on your audience.
