From disclaimer to guidelines for investment proposals. The beginning of the disclaimer states that the"il management" has set up these guidelines. Halfway through I have this:

"..;non hanno formato oggetto di verifica i dati ed i piani industriali e le informazioni economiche, patrimoniali e finanziarie in esso contenuti che sono di competenza dell’organo amministrativo e del management delle Gruppo."

Although I know that this is regarding responsibility of the managing board and management of the Group, I am confused about why the text is saying these issues are not verified yet are the responsibility of the board. It makes me think I have misunderstood something. Why would it say they are not verified, are the responsibility of management, yet the guidelines were put together by the management.?
