Bus/Financial - Management/Verwaltung | | Italienisch Begriff oder Satz: finanza dispositiva | This term appears within a report, which makes reference to a company's use of an "organisation model 231" based on the legislative decree 231/01. I've found some context in another document that defines "finanza dispositiva" as follows:
"Il processo si riferisce alle attività riguardanti i flussi monetari e finanziari in uscita aventi l’obiettivo di assolvere le obbligazioni di varia natura delle unità operative della Società.
I flussi suddetti si articolano sostanzialmente in due macro-gruppi:
- flussi di natura ordinaria, connessi ad attività/operazioni correnti (ad es., acquisti di beni, servizi e licenze, oneri finanziari, fiscali e previdenziali, stipendi e salari);
- flussi di natura straordinaria, connessi alle operazioni di tipo finanziario (ad es., sottoscrizioni e aumenti di capitale sociale, finanziamenti a societàdel Gruppo, cessioni di credito, operazioni in valuta estera e sui derivati –swap, futures, ecc.-)."
I can't think of a term in English that would cover this. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am an accountant, "finanza dispositiva" is a brand-new term in Italian. From this article, I can understand that it is "cash & banks service" within a company, so my term "operative finance" is very near.
It's up to you to word it in right English. |

Fragesteller: The word "provisional" doesn't fit here because it means "Provided or serving only for the time being. See Synonyms at temporary." And the term in Italian refers to monetary and financial outflows to meet the obligations of the company's operational units.

Fragesteller: I don't think this fits, especially as "operative finance" comes up very little on google searches and almost exclusively in sites from non-English speaking countries.
