| compressed load

I am adding a quotation from an Italian website:
"Le cartucce impiegate hanno una carica forzata che sviluppa almeno il 30% di pressione in più della massima pressione che può essere sviluppata..."

This quotation gives the impression that the powder load is compressed.
The definition of "Compressed Load" is "Powder charge sufficiently voluminous to be compressed by the bullet when seated in the case. Even though it is not a problem, overly compressed loads can change the characteristics of the charge."

I am adding another quotation:
"I tapped the case on the bench three or four times to settle the powder enough to start a bullet and then compressed the powder by seating the bullet with a Redding seating die. This is called a "compressed load" because the powder is compressed into the case by the base of the bullet."
